1962 Franklin Half Proof With Doubling-Fs-101?

I've been adding mint sets to my collection. I was recently able to acquire five1962 Mint Proof Sets from a friend.
I inspected all of the coins for varieties and to my surprise several of the Franklin Proof halves appeared to have obverse doubling. This one in particular stood out. The doubling is on the number 2 in the date, along with the L and Y in LIBERTY and the T in TRUST, Could this be FS-101?
The coin is very reflective and difficult to photograph, so my apologies for the bright portions in some of the images.

Yes, Marv, I agree. This is a tough one. That's why I'm asking for help from the CC.
The VV description specifically mentions the doubling of the right end of the base of 2 in the date--which is what you can see in the photos of my coin. That's what first raised my suspicions that this might be the FS-101.
