The knock on the back of the jaw and the chatter in the hair above the ear hold this one back from MS-65. The obverse is a solid MS-64. The reverse only has some minor dings in the eagle's lower left wing (our visual right) and above the "D" in UNITED, and that's consistent with MS-65. I'd bourse floor net this one to MS-64+. Nice coin!
