Wheeling West Virginia (2nd guess), Portland Maine, Quincy IL and Wichita KS are all not correct.  Hint # 7: You all (that's Texas talk for "you all") need to think further east... |

Wheeling West Virginia is a pretty hard job. It would take more than 283 people
So I guess doing it once was enough. Mow I will guess another in it's place.

Savannah, GA, Portland, ME, Macon, GA, Nashville, TN, Newark, NJ, Pittsburgh, PA, Portland, OR, Allentown, PA are all incorrect. I'm sorry guys...
