I think ANACs was harsh due to the really weak reverse. Several of the motto letters barely show "I_ ___ WE TRUST". San Francisco pieces are usually hammered. But don't fret ... this is still a gorgeous coin and deserves a place of honor in your 7070. Report this Post to the Staff

The reverse shows very minimal wear but I think the motto being poorly struck really brought down the grade. I personally think, taking into acount the poorly struck motto, this coin should have been graded AU-58. Report this Post to the Staff
