wheatguy Pillar of the Community United States 1534 Posts	Posted 09/26/2009 12:08 am I found this while roll hunting, and I'm pretty sure its off center. The obverse looks definitely off center, while the reverse looks normal. If it is, what grade would you give it, and does it carry and premium over face? Some good coins, some damaged coins, some common coins and some varieties. It takes time to spot the last ones mentioned and training the eye is what it takes to distinguish.
