I origanaly missed the 'D' and was looking for errors on this one. Note the notches at the top of "LIBE". Then, to the right of "E PLURIBUS UNUM" . The 'S' is most noticable. And the top of "USA".

There is some chance that the obverse is a doubled die, but the reverse is definitely Machine Doubling.

Why would you be looking for errors with a microscope? Nearly all valuable error coins are visible without magnification.
