Hey

Do current silver proof quarters have the same amount of silver as say a 1964 quarter? Also how much silver is in a 1962 proof set? How much would a 1962 proof set, 2006 silver proof quarters, and 2007 silver proof quarters?

Thanks

First off - yes the current silver proof quarters are 90% silver as were pre-1965 quarters.

You're 1962 proof set would have a 3 silver pieces in it weighing 12.5g for the half, 6.25g for the quarter and 2.5g for the dime. Total weight of silver coins is 21.25 grams. Since they're 90% silver you have 19.1 grams of pure silver or 0.62 troy ounces.
