Sorry if I am bothering anyone, all this is new to me and I am having fun going through a bunch of pennies. I am just trying to learn. Also trying to figure out this digital microscope thingy. I think I just learned how to crop pictures.

I'm not familiar with pennies at all, so I don't know if this is die doubling or Strike Doubling, but it 'is' doubling rather than die fatigue.

Very nice photo. And I think it is not die fatigue as it is beautifully consistently directional.

I am certainly no expert, but I do see slight , what looks to be small notches on the upper left N and E.... Maybe they were missed or is that still part of MD? I'm still learning also.
