I was looking in my 2005 Charlton book for listings on the 1997, 1998, and 1999 quarters but I didn't see them. Am I looking in the wrong spot?

There were no quarters isssued for circulation in 1997 & 98 and the 1999 were a special issue with a differnt design for each month. The explanation is on page 131 of the 2005 Charlton.

Thanks, I was mainly looking for mintage numbers and value as I saw some on ebay and wanted to know if I was getting a good deal.
