hey, I was wondering if anybody can they me what type of coin this is , maybe the value , and where it is from. it is a 1685.

I'm not familiar with any coin that looks like this. If I had to guess, I'd say it's a Dutch jeton. Specifically, Spanish Netherlands - I think the figure on the obverse is Spanish king Charles II, who had long wavy hair and was reigning in 1685.

What metal is it? One pic looks silvery (or maybe brass), and the other looks coppery.
