Taking another look at it after a close up, I'm thinking I missed the boat on the grade. What would you grade it? The obverse has been cleaned.

VF30. Lacking details in hair and denticles on obverse and claws/arrows on reverse to make it to EF territory in my opinion.

A nice look overall!

EF40, the only thing I think that would bring the grade to a VF35 would be the wear on the eagles neck and the wear on liberty's hair

I graded it VF-25 initially because I am not used to the flatness on the earlier quarters. I think now its more around VF-35 based on the pics, maybe VF-30 at lowest.
