Picked up a $5 star note this AM - 2006, DL07512203*

Any reason to hold it, or should it be simply released back into the wild? Its in average circulated condition for a 2006 note.

First of all that note cant be a series 2006 with that serial number. It has to be a series 2003. Secondly 3.2 million were printed for that run so I would spend it.

Thanks - you are right - it is a 2003. My bad.

To save future questions - is there someplace you looked that up? I googled it with no luck.
