What you have here is not an actual coin - even though it's designed to look like one.

It was made by the Society for Creative Anachronism, a historical re-enactment society that, among other things, tries to reproduce ancient and mediaeval coinage by authentic methods. Your coin is modelled on a mid-Byzantine period follis, but the ruler's title, "King Barak of An Tir", is fictitious - no such king or kingdom ever existed outside of the SCA.

The coin is listed on this thread of the Unrecognised States Numismatic Society forum as being struck in 1994.
