If you blow it up everything is also double stamped. The second one is a 1999 Philadelphia and I have no idea about that one. Report this Post to the Staff
pyrbob Rest in Peace United States 1943 Posts	Posted 03/14/2010 11:50 am I think both are damaged coins. The first one is damaged on one side and the second one is damaged on both sides, possibly from a fire or some other heat source. The black areas on the second one looks like carbon from a torch.
