The coin looks pretty good in the pics, seller offers a 7 day return and seems to care about his sales.

Very nice looking coin. In my opinion, this coin could go MS 64, the few bag marks/rubs don't seem to be in the main focal area. Possible small die crack. If it did make MS 64 I would say, it is priced in the range you should be able to buy at a coin shop or show. Just saying that as a comparison. There is a big jump at MS 65, maybe $200 and up, as a buying price.

Looks like a solid 64 but for that price you could cherry pick a slabbed 64 if you wanted to be certain. This date is widely available in MS64 for around $50.

This is a very nice looking coin, I don't see any scratchess or bag marks I would grade it at MS-64, might goes as high as MS-65.
