We are commercial builders. That is...hubby is the builder, I spend a part of my time on the phone trying to get people to deliver what the promised to the job site last week. Another half a day explaining to clients why steel is so high these days. Then there are days when half the crew didn't show up because they got thrown in jail for public drunkeness and fighting. The rest of my time is spent cussing the weather. Yes siree, nothing but fun fun fun. I want Old Dan's job! Margaret

I am a coin dealer :) But of course at the shop we also buy currency, bullion, old toys, militaria, depression glassware, and many many other things too numerous to mention. Of course mostly I'm just a coin dealer. I've never had a career...I've just always been a good time charley kinda guy. I tended bar for a long time, then sold cars but that sucked lol I'm just not a pressure person. So I worked in the service dept at a few dealerships before finally getting into coins full time, after a lifetime of on again and off again collecting. I've been doing coins full time now since 1993ish. tradernick
Oh yeah and for awhile I played poker and shot pool but that was quite a long time ago.

I bet your Super Bee is really cool. I remember my uncle having a very nice one when I was a kid....Man, it was mean. I bought my corvette new in 1998 but am soon gonna go hybrid. I will miss my road rocket. As for jobs, I've had many interesting ones; my first real job title was gravedigger. I worked at a cemetary for a couple of summers in high school and it was one of my coolest experiences. But, I guess my career has been professional clown, having done it for 26 years. Straight out of highschool, I headed for Ringling Bros.and Barnum and Bailey Clown College. I actually started much earlier, at age seven, learning to ride a unicycle and then to juggle. Clown College was a "circus bootcamp" and lots of work but it was also heaps of fun. I learned many things from amazing artists and performers from a bygone era. I started cooking when I came home and eventually worked as a chef in a five star hotel for a few years but always did clowning on the side. I entered the corporate world of entertainment as Roonie McCloonie for the worlds biggest burger joint and gave up cooking. I towed the company line, did TV commercials, presented oversized checks to charities, and made many public appearances, teaching kids about the importance of safety, reading and writing, and the preservation of the environment. I am now freelance and do lots of crazy stuff. I ride unicycles, walk stilts, juggle, eat fire, perform magic, spin a lariat and twirl guns as a cowboy, do face painting, balloon animals, slight of hand, rola-bola, devil sticks, free-standing ladder, tight and slack wire, hat manipulation, and anything else that is impossible.

The Super Bee actually uses the Coronet body style, it just has the stripe around the trunk with the Bee with the side pipes and racing slick in the middle of the stripe on the quarter panel, But the parts are interchangable with the 1968 and 1969 coronets. The dash is different though because the Super Bee's have the Ralley Guages, mine has the Tik-Toc-Tac,speed-ometer,gas,temp,volt round guages in it. But I am guesing the R/T had the same ralley guage cluster in it

I thought it was the best body style out there at the time. I think the Super Bee has the double hood scoops and the Coronet R/T had the single hump in the middle of the hood. I had many muscle cars over the years, mostly Mopars and Chevys. I had 1969 and 1970 Roadrunners. 1971 Duster 340, 1965 Chevy Impala SS (which I rolled, I was a dumb kid ) a 1969 Camaro SS, a 1976 & 1990 Vette. I could go on and on but I won't. Don't get me started on muscle cars and 4X4 trucks.

I work for a telecommunications company. As of a few months ago, we had the largest fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) deployment in the US. And as of a couple weeks ago, I was a "PC Technician", but now I am slowly leaving that role and getting into a lot more of the networking side, with the large routers, switches, servers... and so on. I work a lot with VOIP (Voice over IP), Video over IP.
I used to moonlight as a PC Technician as well, but now I try to do none of that while at home. Doing it all day, and night really burned me out. And that was before I got into coins as heavily as I am now. I like my coin hobby a lot more so than working on PCs all the time.
