Both sides have deep mirror finishes that don't show up good in the photos. Thanks. The coin is in an airtite. I have included extra photos. SeatedNut Pillar of the Community United States 2797 Posts	Posted 03/31/2010 3:19 pm I would offer PF65. Very few of the pre-59 Franklin halves earn 67 or 68. I believe the scratches we see are on the plastic holder and not the coin. I see some cameo on the devices, but not quite enough for cameo designation. I also see some frosting in the fields on the reverse at 2 o'clock near rim, off the eagle's right wing (your left) and on the obverse at 2 0'clock ... you don't want to see frosting/pitting on the proof fields.
