I wasn't doing anything more than looking for Wheaties to fill a few holes I have. found an average of 6-7 per box so I was happy, but I found a couple I had a question about. (i didn't embed them cause they are huge photos) Maybe a double die on the right of the 8 and 9. razorear Pillar of the Community United States 613 Posts	Posted 04/05/2010 08:59 am The 89 is from a worn die known as die deteriation doubling( DDD). The other 2 with the raildoaded rims I believe are minor mis-aligned dies (MAD). Report this Post to the Staff

livingdinasaur Pillar of the Community United States 1571 Posts	Posted 04/11/2010 12:21 am You might weigh the '82's, and see if they are copper, or zinc. Also check them for large, or small dates.
