I'm going to say EF-45 on the first coin and VF-20 for the second.

On the first coin, I'd say it's a XF-40, on the second, I'd say it's a VF-20

I'm going to say XF-40 on the fist.
F-39.9999999999999999 don't know if quite makes VF or not.

On the first one, is her left breast as flat as it looks in the picture? If so I wouldn't slap an EF on that coin.
