southerngent Valued Member United States 469 Posts	Posted 04/17/2010 5:45 pm I went to a Barnes and Nobles to pick up a magazine and when I got my change I noticed that not only were the cents uncirculated 2010's but the dimes were uncirculated 2009 dimes. I asked if I could buy a roll and they took care of me. I can't find them in any of the banks near me but the book store seems to have nothing but uncirculated rolls. I think I'm going to go back and ask the manager if I can buy more and perhaps other denominations as well. So go to your local Barnes and Noble, they may have preferential treatment. If a teller or cashier broke open a uncirculated roll of 2010 cents, put some in the drawer and handed some to you for change, does that make it technically circulated or not. However, numismatists use the term to evaluate grade which is a whole different definition. My answer is yes and no Report this Post to the Staff
