The 1/10th oz coins bring a larger premium over spot so it think 10-15% is about right. If you are looking to buy bullion you are better off going with the 1oz in my opinion; more gold for the dollar. The mintages to me are irrelevant for these as I see them as a bullion piece. If you stomped on the coin with your shoes it would loose the 10-15% premium over spot value and be strictly worth the spot value (and would most likely become a part of a bar at some point.)
