dont know what it is but most of it is in what the deep part of the die would be. highest parts of the die is affected also. see if you can tell if it was trash in the deep part of the die? http://i423.photobucket.com/albums/...100_5942.jpg
That's very strange indeed, I would say,a fleet of die breaks, possible. they are not trails either, I.have never seen something like this. They do look raised in the pic the lines,I really want to see what the others have to say
Looks like die scratches from a brush that touched the mid area of the die. When removing clashes, the wire bristles will touch a little into the mid area of the die.
one question comes to me coop, why is it just a little here and there. Never seen a cleaning of a die clash that didnt have equal lines or just maybe alot of line in the same direction?
sure thing scooby, but will post tomorrow. out of time tonight plus the chip is not at the house, so dont have anypics to post. but it is very interesting to me because it has no swirls or anything of the normal clash cleaning I'm used to seeing and it is spaced more that a clean would be. anyway I,ll post tomorrow around7:30 or 8.
Note images on this collage: # 2 & # 7 Note the heavy polishing lines and how they are also seen on the die depth devices. #2 above the cornice #7 through the steps. Even with all this the clash is still there.
