Ok, my head is spinning, I want to know where can I order a gold proof 2006 $50 Indian coin at? I know you guys have some wholesale companies, please share. Those darn coin shows on Tv are selling 1st strikes ms NGC 70 for $1,900.00, NGC ms 69's for $1,400.00 and a raw proof for $930.00.

I bought a nice $50 2006 Indian First Strike bullion coin 3 weeks ago for $611.00 when gold was down. The company I bought that from isn't going to sell the PRoofs, so Help? Coin Guy

Hi Bryan1315, the show Coin Country stated the mint is out of the $50 Proofs as of today. I see they have them listed as back ordered at $800 a piece.

This makes me worry about our Mint, they said 300,000 proofs only on the $50 gold coin, now I am told they might strike another alottement? Coin Hog

I show the mint still has them for sale at $800.00 each and that should be the cheapest you can get them for

Not a chance CoinHog, as the law that made this possible also put a limit on the coinage. It can not be added to unless the Congress passes an amendment to the bill, and there is little chance of that happening.
