2009P Puerto Rico Quarter:

Looks like this might be a die chip on the brick below the clouds , but the 2 bricks above the above the clouds looks like it might also be a DDR.

Well what I make out below the clouds are die chips, above the clouds I don't see any indication of a doubled die,but do see die chips a or die breaks
