Haha yeah I sort of keep it in a jewelry box I found laying around. Does anybody have a ballpark value so that I know just how lucky I was to find this in less than 1000 pennies?

Minimum $50.00 or more in an auction with interested bidders.

Sweet thanks, I saw one on ebay that was over $100 and had stains and scratches, so I think if I ever was crazy enough to sell it, I would have no problem getting at least that much for it

They can go quite high if enough of the right people are bidding. True for all auctions.

One of CCN's front page stories in the latest issue is a hoard of, more than 500, 2006 1c no P/no logo magnetic being discovered by a Hamilton dealer.
The rotating extra Trends in the same issue coincidentally is the modern decimal, and that lists the current prices:
MS-64: $150 MS-65: $300 MS-66: $500
Where do you think prices will settle?

I spoke with that dealer at Coin Expo. He was buying up all other 2006 1c magnetic no P/no logo coin, even all my AU ones at full trend...

He is doing it in order to make the market as tight as possible so he can sell his for as much as possible. He has 500 to sell and is looking for $600+ for MS65 and $2000+ for MS67.
When you have one seller with so many to move, only an idiot would buy now at those prices now. He has $300,000+ of coins to move where his cost is $5. He can be patient. But sooner or later, the writing is on the wall here. The prices of these coins will plummet.
To borrow from SPP, this is now a "money coin". Anyone who wants to write the cheque can have one.

He had those rolls available in his store for $2.95 until recently he heard about the variety and decided to check a roll. Rolls were on display for over 4 years @ $2.95 a roll. :)

If you find one in boxes of pennies, consider yourself lucky. I've searched through and found some, so don't give up. I have been trying to sell one on ebay for just under $100 for the longest time, with no luck.
