2000 New Hampshire Quarter Double Die?

I posted about this awhile ago, but my camera wasn't good enough for detailed photos at the time.

This is a 2000 New Hampshire quarter in the collection that was labeled "double die" but I am trying to determine if it really is.

If anything, it is a worn die just by the looks of the motto at the bottom. But, I am seeing what I think is doubling around the zeros in the date and a lot of the lettering in New Hampshire, specifically around the E in New and most of the letters in Hampshire.

I'm no fan of or expert about the State Quarters, particularly the alloys, which I think probably deteriorate dies relatively quickly. Same with the dime alloys and their dies. The lettering in e pluribus unum looks like struck lettering on worn die dimes.

I think I see MD and deterioration.
