I'd say AU55 on the '39 and MS62RB on the '32.

If the 39 is circulated AU58. If not MS63/64 RB

1939- MS64RB but oh so close to RD and a nice strike
1932- MS62RB late die state equals mushy details and enough RD present to preclude it from being anything other than a high AU(no such thing an as EF40/AU50 RB copper, those grades will always be BN)

1939 - MS-65RB (I have a 39-D in NGC 66, yours has just have a couple more hits)

Thanks all for your input, I think I have a long way to go as far as grading Lincolns. I did notice the late die state on the 32, I learned that from the 18-d I posted a while back. If anyone is interested I did send that to be graded, should be back next week!
