Looks to be F+ cleaned. For what you paid, I'd say you did fine :-)

I think you did ok, looks to fine or so but cleaned. At about 15 bucks it's not a huge risk.

I agree...Looks harshly cleaned.
Pictures can be deceiving though, one step photofix can wash out a coin very easy.
If it fills a spot in your collection, or makes you happy, You did good.
I always figure, for 20.00 or less, that is what you would spend on a dinner out or a movie.
