Searched $40 of nickels tonight nothing special until the last roll when I found a 1916 D buffalo. had to nic her to see the date but still a very rare find.
got 3 dateless so far from rolls one I can see on the back in a san fran mint, and the others are either warn away like the dates or P mint I have seen multiple different opinions on this, nick a date or no? I dont plan on selling the coins so I guess it would be whatever makes me happy, however I heard using this method makes the coin turn ugly looking and needs to be redone to keep the coin looking nice, and you are just withering away the coin what to do?
