OK, let's see the pic side-by-side with a "normal forehead", so the experts can decide. The only Belgian eurocoin I have is a 50¢, but it should suffice for comparison... Well, it certainly looks to me like a planchet flaw of some kind. Unless they've done a die redesign; maybe the king's been under a lot of stress lately...
