If that scratch in front of her nose in on the coin,they I would say MS63 maybe still 64. I have MS64's with just as many chatter marks on the cheeks and neck.
Bryan, I think it'll go for MS-63 or -64 at NGC (the only grading service which will grade GSA coins and leave them in their original holders). It's possibly it might even go to MS-65 if you catch NGC on a good hair day. Just a little too much scuffing on Liberty's face and a couple marks on the obverse field will keep it down. Reverse is beautiful, but that's not the side that counts.
