Morgan Fred Rest in Peace United States 2684 Posts	Posted 07/18/2006 10:49 pm I'd guess MS-63 or -64 with this one having a little better chance of making MS-64 than the 82CC. Same reason: the rub marks on Liberty's face will keep it down a bit. Of course, sometimes the camera exaggerates those bag marks. BTW, nice reflection of your hand on the GSA holder. I'm pretty sure NGC, like the other top TPGs who have tightened standards on Morgans won't let it get by with an MS-65, but I won't bet the farm on it. Fred Report this Post to the Staff
