Got this from the coin reject bin, and noticed the first 9 in the date is doubled.

Hi! I'm really glad to see a Colombian cent in the forum.
Nice find! There are many varieties for the Colombian copper cents on all years. The 100% copper coins were minted from 1942 to 1966 and the copper-coated steel ones were minted from 1967 to 1978. Specifically for the 1969 cent there are five known varieties. I'm posting a pic of mine which has the 19 doubled.
Please keep on posting pics of Colombian coins if you have some more.
An interesting fact is that the Colombian nickel cent -which is a very beautiful coin- was designed John Ray Sinnock who designed the Roosevelt dime.
