Ok, I need some guidance here.
Am I right with all these?

ICCS --> NBU (numismatic BU) means its been pulled from a mint set.
PCGS --> SP (specimen strike) means its been pulled from a mint set.

ICCS/PCGS --> MS (mint state) means it has a business strike.
PCGS/ICCS --> PL (Proof like) means struck more than once, semi reflective fields.

PCGS/ICCS --> PR (Proof) Means struck 3-4 times, mirror fields, frosted devices.

Is this correct?

Tough question.
I really wish they would come up with an industry standard..Im inclined to believe depending on which grading company is being utilized the terminology is different.
I think your correct with the one below however...they also come from highly polished dies.

The RCM makes "Specimen Sets" which are not PL, they are SP.

If this helps at all, a bit of history from coinhistory.info on the term Proof-Like 'PL'.

Quote:
November 21 (1953)
The auction catalogue of the Canada Coin Exchange uses the term "Proof-Like" for the first time, suggested by F.S. Epps of Michigan. The term is used to describe the quality of Canadian coins minted for collectors, which appear similar to Proof coins of other countries. [614.7] [764.6] (term created by James Charlton [350.42])

The list is more or less right, but every time we go down this road my head
gets twisted into a pretzel. NBU's were pulled from sets, but so were silver
PL coins post-1960. PCGS sometimes uses "MS PL" to describe coins. CCCS
uses UNC instead of NBU. Where ICCS calls a coin NBU, PCGS calls it PL.
NBU's can also originate from packaging other than sets. ICCS certifies modern
decimal proof coins 1981+. PCGS apparently thought some pre-1981 coins were worthy
of being called proofs, and labeled many coins as such, particularly 1967 issues.
