XF45 with a shot at AU50 with coin in hand and depending on luster. However the small amount of wear on the horizontal shield lines lead me to think this is XF
Some things you might want to know about your 2 Cent. Its a Barber 2 Cent not a Longacre one. In 1870 when Barber took over from Longacre he changed the master Hub design slightly. Coins using both the 1869 and 1870 Hubs were struck in 1870 and 1871. Coins struck with the working dies hubbed from the 1870 modified master hub generally have a better strike than those from the 69. So to make XF45/AU50 I would expect a little more detail to be remaining. Especially around the leaves. The arrow heads should have a distinct separation between the head and shaft. I would go with the XF40 crowd
