  Recent purchase from ebay. This is definitely my favorite of my meager collection thus far. The rich gunmetal toning is just perfect on both sides. I've really developed a soft spot for A/R Seated coinage. Let me know what you think. Also, notice the die cracking on the obverse at 3-4 o'clock. Is this indicative of any particular die variety?

My first seated half was my favorite for a while. Till I discovered it was cleaned  . O well, I learned my lesson. Yours however looks great. I agree with 15 |

I agree with Shadow and F-15. Alot of the halves from that year have die cracks.

All the details say Fine but I just don't see enough letters in LIBERTY.
VG8 Very Good- Rim fairly defined, at least three letters in LIBERTY are evident.
Maybe I place to much on that detail.

The reverse is nicer the the obverse VF-25, the obverse is F-15. I would give it an overall grade of VF-20.

Agree if I saw that slabbed at VF-20 I might bid on it. Great toning, strong reverse. Only real downside are the missing letters in Liberty on the obverse but that is not at all uncommon for mid-grade Seated Liberty halves. |

The seated liberties are one of my favorite types also. Your coin appears to be a solid F-12 to me.
