The interpretation of 65 has changed over time, but THIS COIN IS BEAUTIFUL with a cool history.

I'll go along with 64. The toning is becoming the defining quality of this coin. You probably don't want to wait until it actually moves to the center to highlight the obverse device, but the "target toning" this coin is developing is excellent. Great buy!
