MS-63+, the spot just doesn't do it for me, and its in the focal area

Well I think the apparent rim nick at 3:15 on the obverse makes it MS-63 definitely though, didnt notice that before...

63, if it was graded recently then 63+.

If the face is semi clean then 64 but its difficult to see the face marks.
