This looked a little better before I got it in hand. Ended up getting it for $40. I believe it's MS, but not sure it would hit too high. What do you think?

MS-63.

GREAT reverse with some unfortunate obverse bag strikes (particularly on the face...)

Taking the reverse into account, MS63. Yeah, that obverse is slightly unfortunate. But, nice frost and overall, nice coin :-)

I've seen coins much worse graded MS63.

MS 62.. its the face marks... the reverse is about 15% of the grade. in these cases its not a net grade...
