Its agonizing waiting for turns with out anyone else guessing. It wont be fun if its only me.
I just realized that if I want to win this I better guess the correct answer by 10 today otherwise someone could guess it during the night when I'm sleeping :).

Yeah, it's much easier to eliminate and use the clues that way.
When we get into the bigger games, a spreadsheet helps a lot. You gonna play tomorrow?
Actually, Mastermind is usually played between 2 people. But, I hear ya, it would be more fun if other clues were coming in. We'll give it one more hour. If nobody else wants to play, we'll see what we can do.

No. No powerball. It will be just like today's game. But, there will be 3 differences:
1) they will be currencies instead of colors
2) you will pick 7 currencies instead of 4
3) the list will be longer than 9 - I'm thinking 75 or 80.
But, it's not harder, just longer. That's why everybody loves the 0/0 clues - you get to just rule them out of all clues and from the list altogether!

75!? that would take a long time, but I guess if a lot of people are playing it will be shorter. Ok I will definitely play tomorrow.

OK - new rule change. Since we are halfway to solving the puzzle: No new players may post - you should have posted already. I don't want anyone sniping the 2 that have played.  This is now a contest between acodym and unnkown95. You will alternate guesses. unnkown gets the next guess, then acodym. Make sure you've done your calculations before you post! |
