You're welcome! I'm glad it helped!
It isn't the only way to go about it, obviously, but I was trying to remove the "mystique", so to speak.
It was actually pretty hard to put together. I kept boxing myself into a corner where the clues weren't worth exploring - LOL!

Quote: so just to clarify, if a guess is 0,0 then can you just mark out that whole currency in all 7 positions? Correct! You can remove them from the list altogether!

man so basically that 1,1 doesn't really help me for now until I can narrow it down with another guess.

Thanks Steve! I wasn't expecting to help any previous masterminders, I was trying to help and encourage newcomers - have I lost my edge?

Quote: man so basically that 1,1 doesn't really help me for now until I can narrow it down with another guess. Well, it's still a helpful clue! But, later in the game you will revisit this clue several times. Once, you know which one it is, you will have 6 other currencies that you can rule out AND you will know which position the one goes in.

Also Scooby, and those of you following along on your checklists, this mean that on all of those currencies I can eliminate them from each of the columns that they are NOT in. Since 1/1 means only ONE is correct, there is no way it could be in any other column.
Yes?

Absolutely! So, for example, BRL can be eliminated in ALL columns except the first one, and so on....nice tip rikcando!

Rikcando I'm very happy to say my spreadsheet looks just like yours, except I just mark out what cant be there. I dont have a key, yours looks much more inventive and productive

lol, it is designed more for tired old eyes that don't always focus on little brackets and stars and such. But thanks just the same.
This is getting to be like a team sport, everyone against the host. We're all just hoping to shoot the winning goal is all.
