Got a lousy condition 1953 red seal $2 today from the bank. Pictures won't really matter, they are a dime a dozen (plus it's missing 2 corners, so it's just worth what I invested into it!)

At a recent trip to the bank, I came out with a fairly circulated Series 1993 $50 and an equally circulated Series 1995 $5.

Received a 2003A $1, I..A block (printed in 3/2006). Filled in 2003A/I for Series/FRB, now I just need Cleveland for 2003A FRB entry bingo (the only other series I have it on are 2013, 2009, 2006, and 1995).

I made a one dollar purchase today with a five. In addition to a 2013 two (which I will spend) I got a 2003A one.

The same guy that showed me a bogus 20 dollar bill showed me a 1988A $10 today. It looked legit and the surface felt rough, so I traded for it. This is actually my first small portrait bill I've gotten in quite some time.

Somebody used this note to pay for merchandise today. I was astonished to find it was both a series 1963B and a star note. Not bad condition for an older note.

Nice find! I can't see stars going up to the 50,000,000 mark anytime soon---unless we get a repeat of the 2009 $100 fiasco. I do know that the all-time modern high for stars is G55040000* from Series 1963B, which was from run #86 back when the print runs were smaller.

Managed to get 2 non-colorized big head 20s from the bank today: a 1999 and 2001 both in better shape than many of the older kodachrome 20s I come across.

The 2009 $100s were plagued by production difficulties, and a crapload of stars were printed for that series. New York got to JB35328000*, and San Francisco got to JL38400000*. They have a star rate of 6.03%.
I just wanted to point out that I got a 2003 $1, G..F (printed in October 2004) today. Since I didn't have my stamps with me, I handwrote the WG? markings on it.
