Becky,

I love your four commemorative half-dollar coins. Can you tell me what years they are? From your photo I can see that one is 1966, but I can't make out the others. I am unfamiliar with US coins, and I have never seen ones like those before.

Thats a really nice set must have cost a bundle I guess for the fun of it this much 250,000 maybe or maybe thats how much its worth.That set is missing some nickels like the two 2004 reverse and the two 2005 designs and the 2006 designs do you think he will make a correction and add on to it?[:0]

What an interesting coincidence! Waiting for it to warm up outside (40s this morning in northern AZ) so I can get some outdoor work done, I've been cruising CCF and thinking about the direction I want to take my coin collecting activities, a goal if I might so state toward which I might strive this next year. I have pretty much settled on a 19th century type collection and up pops exactly what I have in mind, a good example of what can be done.

And, it is no coincidence that the owner of this set also happens to be another ham radio operator, Barry W2UP, a noted CW (Morse Code) contester with whom I have made contact in one context or another. Great minds run aside each other...
