If I am reading it correct, this is what you pay... 1) Price you won it for 2) 15% Buyer's Premium(Min. $14) 3) Shipping ($4 for up to $99, $6 for $100-$299, etc) 4) Add. Shipping ($1.15 + $0.45 each additional item) Is this correct? Report this Post to the Staff

I've bid several times but the coins were too pricey. The 15% Buyer's Premium applies to most auctions but is waived (usually) if you buy an item from inventory. I'd call them to confirm.... I ask this because I have been successful in auctions in Oz, where I have paid a buyers premium, then 10% Goods and Services Tax on behalf of the oz States, is levied on the buyers premium making a total of 16.5%. I have been in the U.S. and have noted that a State Tax is also levied. I understand this tax varies from State to State. Incidentally, if I want to bid in an American auction, would I have to pay any U.S. taxes if I were to be successful? I understand that I pay no taxes to the British Government if I buy from a British source, because I would be an overseas customer. Report this Post to the Staff
