There is some luster on the overall surface/fields.

I'm not really too familiar with these. That said, I estimate 50-53 range.

some wear on pillars and hair ...nice die clashing on obv and rev
seems to be hairlines possibly due to buffing...NET grade EF-45

AtlasHealth is correct, there are a lot of hairlines, especially evident on the reverse. I'm a bit bummed by this as I hadn't notice that when I bought it. You have to tip it just right in the light and they become quite apparent.
