The detail is a little blurry.

It is a Series 2006, $100 bill.

I mostly deal with coinage, and was wondering if this was worth hanging on to?

I always say with stuff like this. put it up for auction, maybe someone will pay a little over face for a UNC note. if not.. spend it.
