I'm really poor at grading proofs, but I do think it's DCAM.

This is a really pretty coin, very deep morrors , extremely well struck devices,, I'm thinking the coin may go PR-69 perhaps 70 but these levels are very tough for me on the proof coins especially.

The value difference is pretty large between cam and D-cam from 68 to 69 and 70 is as a huge gap.

Gonna go with PR-68 DCAM. Could go as high as 69. It is very nice looking. I usually don't have many dealings with proofs.
