The Kennedy is a sil. pr. the other is a m.s.Philly.I am going to get some 2x2's,and do again, out of the holder. With a tripod and using sun light on a rig like Bobby has.

Hi sandpaper
The franklin will hit right at MS-63 the obverse rim ding and the scuffing on the cheek coin hits on the lettering and jacket lapel are hits ,, the rim and lettering and field being the biggest hit on the grade.
The big reed mark on the bell on the reverse also affects the grade but to a lesser degree than those on the obverse, but taken altogether. make the grade as the 63.
I dont see anything on the Kennedy unless the two haze spots to the left of the bust are on the coin and not photo anomolies.
The pics as most do not show the contrast between field and device but I can tell the coin is a cameo, but I cannot tell if it will go D-cam,I believe it probly is ,most of the Modern proofs are.
PR-67 D-Cam

I agree with Rick on the Franklin. MS-63. I can't rate the Kennedy as I know very little about this series and proofs I virtually know nothing about. Proofs just don't appeal to me. So, how much you want for the Franklin? LOL! Just kidding, I couldn't afford it right now anyway. So broke right now it isn't even funny.

If it is a ding it would have a negative impact on the grade, it looked more like a shadow to me, since the light source is from the other side of the coin. Sandpaper Is that a ding at the lower left of the sheild or a shadow ? Rick
