As mentioned by several others, if any of our Northern friends get extras, I would love to do a trade for one of these.

They come in the common plastic shrink wrap and the rare plain white paper wrap with no markings.

Chadcoins that's interesting, that implies two different production lines, maybe Ottawa and Wpg. At first glance it looks like there is a difference in poppy colour, the paper roll has darker poppies..? Check the obv., is there a mint logo?

I've got to say, that in hand, the red splotches look like early Hallowe'en candy (or lipstick!). no mint or composition markings. At the post office I was only allowed to have four coins so I'll have to treasure them. I'll find more in circulation. The ones I got came from the plastic shrink wrap. Regarding the "implication" of differing production lines: correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought Winnipeg only minted collectors' sets and specialty items. I wonder, if anyone with a camera and a blacklight can post a pic of the rectangular shape in the middle of the coin. Some of the new quarters have blacklight images kind of like holograms and this coin is no different.
