I guess ebay is turning a deaf ear to this one, maybe someone else has more clout in reporting....

It looks like the seller discovered that the coin was counterfeit because it has been removed.

No if the seller had removed it the auction would still be visible. When the whole auction is gone that means ebay nuked it.

OK ebay finally got rid of bgtypw2 Not a registered user, but what about the coins that were already sold?
Does ebay contact the buyers to let them know the coins are fake?
As I said there are many more who will just take this sellers place, I don't know if you can search ebay for coin sellers from Hong Kong, if there is a way, someone let me know, I will sift through them and report as many as I can.
Now the sellers from Hong Kong who list their coins as copies I guess we can't do anything about them, but I have read that many of the coins they send DO NOT have copy or replica stamped on them, so those coins could get in circulation too and be sold as the real thing.

I collect coins with my 5 year old grandson, he loves the 2009-2010 cents, and loves to roll search and gets excited when he finds them or a Wheat cent, but I worry how bad coin collecting may be be for him in the future, I just hope I can teach him enough to know what is safe to collect before my time is up...........
